Atom Girls, U11, 2007-2008 (Blyth Brussels Minor Hockey)

After 3 days of games in Ayton, the twelve team field was reduced to a final between Blyth and Normanby. The game would prove to be a thrilling come from behind, double overtime win by Blyth.

Twelve teams entered the WOAA Atom girls playoff tournament with hopes of capturing the Championship. Sunday, March 16th Blyth will be one of the two teams to vie for the title.

The team finished up their 16 game regular season in the WOAA with a game in Blyth against Kincardine on Saturday March 1st.

The Blyth girls failed to qualify for further play after their three round robin games.

The team is in the midst of a very busy schedule including playoffs and league games. The team will play 7 times in the first 16 days of February.
