Players on Fire against Goderich
December 29th Blyth Brussels travelled to Goderich. Goderich was taken off guard when Myles Johnston took the puck from the faceoff and scored 10 seconds into the first period unassisted. 20 seconds later Tanner Boven netted one assisted by Johnston.
Johnston would continue his hot streak scoring 3 more goals in the first period. Assists going to Boven (2), Reece Sparling and Cole Zwep.
Tyler Drennan came out firing in the second, scoring assisted by Lucas Townsend. Ryan McMichael scored 2 goals in the second period and Johnston scored his 5th of the game. Assisting these goals were Blake Porter (2), Johnston, and Zwep.
Drennan in the third assisted by Porter started the scoring, and then Porter scored assisted by Townsend. McMichael scored a hattrick assisted by Machan to end the game with a score of 12-6.
