Atom Girls Travel to Wallace
On a snowy Monday night the Blyth-Brussels Atom Girls travelled to Kurtsville to play the Howick-Wallace Atom Girls.
The Blyth-Brussels girls would be missing 7 players. The visiting team came out hard in the first scoring 3 goals. Kathryn Chalmers had 2, and Samantha Kerr scored her first of the season. Assisting were Emma Strome with 2, Ashley Stevenson and Morgan Howson.
The Howick-Wallace team would keep the pressure on through the entire game. The home team would score early in the second period and 2 more during the third. With 2 seconds on the clock the home team would score to win the game 4-3.
