Bantams lose in Overtime
On Friday January 25th, the Bantam Bulldogs traveled to Ripley for game 4 in their first round. Blyth scored with about 3 minutes left in the first. Jonathan Atkinson found the twine assisted by Matt Popp and John Lecomte.
Ripley would get on the scoreboard late in the third to tie the game. At the end of regulation time the game was tied. Unfortunately for the dogs Ripley would score 21 seconds into the overtime period. This win by Ripley now ties the series 2 - 2. Game 5 will be in Blyth Sunday.
