Late night travel to Howick
Last Thursday we made the short but late drive to Howick. The weather was fine and the boys keen to play.
We skated away with a loss of 6 goals against. Do not let the score dictate the actual game. Everyone of the boys in attendance skated hard and did very well. With so many shots on net, Jarron Thompson was amazing to keep out as many as he did. Each goal scored was a nice shot or rebound that any goalie would have a hard time blocking.
BBMHA seen a bench of only 10 skaters, which included our secret weapon...Teddy Townsend!! Teddy has been coming out to all of our games to help fill many positions. He can be seen playing forward or defense, keeping him very busy. Never a complaint, he goes out and plays hard. He has a sidekick, Jason Wilts...who is out with an upper body injury. Take care Jason and you are welcome back whenever able.
The playoff season is quickly approaching and we are currently hovering in the top 5 teams...great work boys!!
