Crusaders lose a close game in OMHA playoffs
The Howson Mills Bantam Reps hosted the second game of their OMHA playoff, and dropped a close game, 3-2.

The Crusaders opened the game by taking the play to the South Bruce Blades, constantly hemming them up in their own zone, and not allowing the Blades to create any offence.  The Crusaders closed out the first period with a 2-1 lead on goals by Mason Weber, and Cole Zwep.  Assists went to Bailey Bos on Weber's goal, and Weber and Myles Johnston on Zwep's goal.

The Crusaders continued to play strong hockey in the second period, but a bad bounce allowed the Blades to get on the board, but the strong work of all the boys allowed the Crusaders to head in to the flood with a one goal lead.

South Bruce opened the third period skating hard, constantly buzzing the Crusader net. The Crusaders got back on their heels a little and the Blades scored two goals to take a one goal lead.

The Crusaders continued to play hard, and had their chances to score, but Cole Zwep on a break away, and Bailey Bos, who was in alone on the goalie after some strong work in front of the net, were not able to score, and the Crusaders lost a heart breaker.
