Midgets Win in Tiverton
The Blyth Midget LL team where on the road again to play the Tiverton squad.
This game would be the first of the season that all the forwards and defense would hit the ice. This team came out to play and with end-to-end action they gave their fans a game worth watching.
The first period would see no score from either team as Alec Lorentz turned away many shots. In the second, Blyth's John Lecomte scored, assisted by Collin Whitfield and Ryan Sjaarda.
This game continued with end-to-end action, and many shots on both goalies. In the end, Blyth would win the game with the 1-0 victory.
