Blyth takes Clifford 5-3
The boys went to Clifford Wednesday evening to face them on their home ice. Blyth came out strong in the first period with Quinton Sjarrda putting us on the board with the assist going to Jimmy Lane.
The second goal was by Josh VanSoest with a nice pass coming from Dustin Pennington. Yet to follow in the first period, Justin Rodger with the assist from Dallas C. and Josh V.
In the second period the boys took a little while to get going but did put one past the goalie going to Quinton S. on a break away. The Clifford team got two past Dalton Carey in the second period. Then in the third period Josh V. and Dustin P. again worked together to get our 5th and last goal. But the Clifford team kept on working to get their 2nd goal near the end of the game. Good job to both teams.
