Zurich vs. Blyth
Still tired from yesterday's tournament and being early in the season, we let Zurich run the show tonight. 4-2 loss.
The goal in the second period was from Dustin Pennington, receiving the pass from Josh Van Soest and Ryan Plunkett. The second goal was scored by Arden Coultes with the pass from Dustin P.
The Zurich team played us hard in the second period when they saw our kids were out of steam. We had many opportunities to score on their net, but the goalie was able to shut them down. Dalton Carey didn't get as many shots, but they were able to deke him on 4. The rest of the shots he read like a book, making some excellent saves for our team.
