Annual General Meeting, News (Blyth Brussels Minor Hockey)

The Blyth Brussels Minor Hockey Annual General Meeting will be held Tuesday June 28, 2022 at 7:00pm at the Brussels Optimist Club.  

All members are welcome to attend.  Please see the agenda items for the meeting listed below:

AGM Agenda Items:

1. approval of the agenda;
2. approval of the minutes of the previous Meeting of the Membership;
3. receiving reports of the activities of the Association during the preceding year;
4. receiving information regarding the planned activities of the Association for the current year;
5. receiving and approving the report of the Auditor of the Association from the previous year and a projected financial position for the current year;
6. consideration of any proposed amendments to the Letters Patent or By-laws of the Association;
7. transaction of any business which relates to the business of the Meeting referred to above, and notice and particulars of which are received by the Secretary, immediately preceding the Annual General Meeting;
8. election of the new Board
