Hello Everyone,
Motocross is fast approaching. Shifts run
from Thursday August 18th – Monday August 22nd.
There are still a few members that have yet to sign up. If you have not signed up it is up to you to contact me to fulfill your part of the fundraising commitment.
If a shift you have signed up for does not work for you, it is up to you to switch with someone else and let me know of the changes. Please note that if you do not complete your required shift(s) your fundraising security cheque will be cashed. Definition of a completed shift – Be ready to begin your shift at the designated start time and when all collection and sorting of garbage is complete your shift will end.
***If this is completed prior to the time allocated the executive in charge will decide when the shift is complete.
*** Please ensure that the executive in charge has checked your name off the list as this confirms that you have fulfilled your commitment.
Motocross schedule is located under the motocross toggle on this website.
We are having a bottle drive again this year. Please bring your empties with you to the Motocross and we will gladly accept them.
