Juvenile Crusaders continue their quest
The Juvenile crusaders entertained fans at the Blyth arena on Saturday February 25th, with an end to end action game which entered into overtime.

In the overtime period the strong Drayton Defenders team was able to put one in the net which extended the series to a Sunday game in Drayton.

With another end to end game the Crusaders were on the scoreboard first with an awesome play by Adam Cronin.

The Defenders tied the game with a shot that goalie Nathan Watson had no chance on as he was well covered.

Again this game would be a nail bitter going into overtime with the end to end action continuing

The Crusaders fans witnessed an excellent carry in to the Defenders end and perfect passing between Dan Dery and Adam Cronin and then the fans went wild when Cronin hit the back of the net, the Crusaders bench cleared in seconds and Adam went missing as he was buried under his teamates as they celebrated their win of the WOAA Championship.

Congratulations to this team and their coaching staff.

The next series for your Crusaders will be against the Campbellford Colts Saturday March 3, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Brussels arena with the second game in Campbellford Sunday March 4, 2012 at 4:30 p.m.
