Did you miss registration? For anyone still needing to register with Blyth Minor Hockey for the 2009-2010 season, a second and final registration will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Lion's Park, Blyth.
Or, completed Registration Forms can be emailed to [email protected].
Late registration fees will be applied for any registrations received after June 30th.
Note: If your child has never played hockey, or is new player with Blyth Minor Hockey, a copy of the birth certificate is required to register.
