OMHA High Performance Development Day for Players & Coaches – May 23rd, 2009
On Saturday, May 23rd, the OMHA Coaches Program is providing a unique High Performance Development Day for players and minor hockey volunteers at the Nottawasaga Inn in Alliston, ON.

The High Performance Development Day will include programming for players and coaches, including ice sessions and classroom workshops.

The High Performance Skills Camp will be open to all Peewee [1996 born players] and Minor Bantam Rep-level players [1995 born]. The purpose of the program is to educate players about skill development, proper training principles, and next steps in their development. This camp will include two on-ice sessions and two off-ice sessions with instructors from Hockey Canada and the OMHA.

The Coaches agenda will include the Hockey Canada specialty clinic - ‘Developing Defencemen’ and a High Performance Practice workshop. Additionally, the workshop will include the Coach Seminar Series #5 on Long-Term Player Development [LTPD] and Seasonal Planning.

Players - $60.00
