WOAA Office Flood
Please be advised that on Tuesday, March 4th, 2008 it was discovered that the new W.O.A.A. Office was flooded.  Floors, walls and insulation will need to be replaced.

The Board Room, hall, offices, and some of the record room floor is damaged.  The water ran downstairs and there is EXTENSIVE damage downstairs in the meeting room, out into the hall.  Many of the trophies and plagues are damaged along with other boxes of things that were still needing to be unpacked from the move in November.

The restoration people and insurance people have been here and we are in the process of drying out and then onto restoration.

Please be patient if you cannot reach the office, my email may even be down for a day (they are taking the floor out of my office today) but leave an email, message and I will eventually get back to you.

Thanks to all who helped yesterday and to the Chairpeople and Convenors for covering for us for a couple days.  As always, this association has GREAT volunteers and people who truly care about the W.O.A.A.

The Grand Opening will be delayed but the W.O.A.A. will continue on as we have for over 65 years now.

Thanks for your understanding,

Linda Espensen, WOAA
