Blyth-Brussels Atom Girls Host BCH
Blyth was the site of an Atom girls game against BCH on November 30th.
The home team would score with just over a minute into the game. Emma Strome would light up the scoreboard with a shot from Kathryn Chalmers. There was much end to end action during the balance of the first and the second period. It would be midway through the second when Blyth-Brussels would score again. Morgan Howson would find the back of the net, assisted by Teresa Atkinson.
The home team would continue their domination with 3 more goals in the third by Sydney Wightman, Chalmers and Tiffany Uyl. Assists were awarded to Atkinson and Ashley Stevenson. The game ended 5-0 for the home team. Carlie Ducharme earned her second shut-out of the season.
