First game of the playoffs....
Just as the regular season ended so did the start of the playoffs...with a game against the other BBMHA Midget LL team.
Monday night in Blyth was the gathering place for both the BBMHA Midget LL teams to battle for winning rights in this years playoffs.
Our boys played with 8 skaters and of course Trevor DeCorte in net. Carson Richmond was the only one to score our team's goal. He traveled down the ice carrying the puck through many offence and found the 5 hole opening for our sole point.
This year's final games involve a lot of traveling to the north. We will go with pride and enthusiasm as our little team makes a big showing.
Don't give up boys, put in your best effort and remember ALL hockey is important, each game is a new start and for those of us who put in our personal time, we are proud to be your bench staff. So put your best skate forward and work as the team we know you can!!
