BBMHA PeeWee LL WIN WOAA DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
With a best out of a 3 game series against the Walkerton Capitals this team came out on top with an exciting series that kept everyone on the edge of their seats.
Game one was in Brussels with a win in Overtime with .4 seconds left for a score of 5 - 4.
The team travelled to Walkerton for the second game hoping to clinch the series but fell short with another close score of 3-2.
The third and final game was in Brussels with an excellent showing of fans to support the team as well as horns and sirens.
The team showed they were not going to let up after Walkerton scored the first goal. The third period the team came out and tied it up and went into a 10 minute overtime. With only 45 seconds into the overtime BBMHA scored from a huge slap shot from the corner!
After receiving their medals and the trophy the team received a ride on the Brussels Fire Truck, followed by a celebration at the Jam Jar restaurant. These kids were so proud of themselves and deserved the win - way to go Crusaders!
