Peewee LL 2012-2013
The Peewee LL finished the regular season with 3 wins - 14 losses and 1 tie. The regular season was a work in progress and as the boys continued toward the end of the schedule the wins started to appear.
In the last 3 games of the season we had 2 wins and carried that momentum into the playoffs. The playoffs started very successful and we ended with 5 wins and 3 losses. Needing just a split with Wingham in the last weekend of playoffs to move on to the championship, the Peewee LL came up just a little short losing both games which allowed Drayton to overtake them and move on. It was ironic that Drayton moved on when we were the only team they could not beat all year.
The playoffs showed that the team could succeed when working together to achieve a common goal. The coaching staff was very proud of the boys and how they came together at the end of the year when it counts most.
