Novice Rep Seaforth Tourney Champs
It proved to be a long, exciting Saturday but well worth the $8.00 dollar weekend pass to watch the Blyth Brussels Novice Rep in the Seaforth Novice tournament. Saturday at 8 AM started with defeating Lucknow in a shootout taking 6 players from each team before Blyth Brussels finally found the net.
Then the tough Mildmay squad was next and the boys played hard but were handed a shootout loss 3-2 by Mildmay. (All edge of the seat, nail biting games I might add). This meant Mildmay in the final, a bite to eat, parents calmed down and the boys were ready.
This game proved to be no less exciting with a 4-3 win for the Blyth Brussels boys.
Smiles galore, tired boys, great party back at the Fritz ranch (thanks for having everyone). Great day had by all.
