Peewee LL Playoffs Off to a Good Start!!!
Peewee LL boys are off to a good start in their playoffs. First game we hosted Tiverton for a 3-1 win.
Scoring for that game was Wyatt with a pass from Damon and Derrick in the first period. Second period Dylan goes coast to coast and scores unassisted. Third period, Dylan scores again on a pass by Joseph.
Game 2 they travelled to Goderich and came away with another good win. First period with a minute left in the period, Wyatt puts it in the net with a nice pass from Cody. Second period saw 3 more goals. Cody with a pass from Wyatt dekes two Goderich players to put it in the net for a short handed goal. Wyatt puts a another nice shot into the back of the net unassisted. Then Cody with another pass from Wyatt makes it 4-2. Third period saw a goal from Joseph, assisted by Hudson making the final score 5-3.
Game 3 was at home against Goderich, and the boys played well again. First period saw Cody scoring on a pass from Damon and Ronan. Forty seconds later, Wyatt with a pass from Joseph puts one in the back of the net. Second period, Cody puts one in passed by Wyatt and Cameron from a seemingly impossible angle, making the final score 3-1.
With excellent performances from our net minder Jarron, and the rest of our team, our boys are off to a good start. Keep up the hard work boys!!
