Atom Reps Win Nail Biter in Clinton
The Atom Reps traveled to Clinton's new arena Saturday night to take on the BCH Ice Dogs. In the first minute of the game Bailey Bos found Jacob Gulutzen in front of the net to take an early lead. Both teams kept the game going back and forth and in the last 2 minutes of the first, BCH tied it up.
The second saw both teams getting their chances. Late in the period Bos found “AP” Wade Machan in front of the net putting one home to retake the lead. 9 seconds later Ethan Scrimgeour made it 3-1 on a pass from Colin Howson.
BCH started the scoring in the third closing the gap 3-2. Howson then set up Bos for one more. The Ice Dogs managed to sneak one through the pipes late in the period, but it still left them short as our Atoms held on for a 4-3 win.
