Atom LL Tie vs. Monkton
Blyth Brussels Atom Local League ties against Monkton. On Saturday, Blyth Brussels hosted Monkton for a fast paced game.
With both teams hungry for the puck the scoreboard was shy of numbers in the 1st period. Coming out in the second period Connor Brooks put one past the goalie to take the lead, but shortly after the game was tied.
With only minutes left in the 3rd period, Brooks pushes another one past the goalie with the help of Devin Bridge. Monkton got another chance and tied it up. Keeping Blyth Brussels on their toes and working hard between the pipes was Joe Jacklin.
The next game is Saturday, November 5th in Blyth.
