Blyth-Brussels Bantam Girls Win 2 Games this Weekend
The Bantam girls played two games this weekend and managed to win both. They were getting practiced up for their tournament over the holidays in Milverton.

The first game they played was against Howick on Saturday, December 19th who they played against in their Waterloo tournament and tied, so needless to say, the girls wanted to win this one. The game ended in a 4-2 victory for our girls with Heidi Raynard scoring 2 goals, and Jordan Sholdice scoring the other 2.

On Sunday the girls played a home game in Brussels against Normanby. The game was pretty one sided with a win of 5-1 for the Blyth-Brussels team. Scoring was Raynard (1), Sholdice (2), Laura Higgins (1), and Courtney Middegaal (1).  Way to go girls!

Several of the girls from all the Blyth teams have a Hockey Drills and Life Skills camp in Brussels to go to on Wednesday, and then their tournament after Christmas. That will keep them busy over the holidays.

Have a Merry Christmas, team.
