Bantam Girls have 2 wins and 1 loss in their 3 games this week
The Bantam girls played three games this week after their their exciting weekend in Waterloo.
Their first game was on Monday, November 9th in Tiverton. The girls were a little bit tired from all the hockey they played on the weekend and they came out flat, with a 5-2 loss, but after a few days rest, we knew they would be ready to play their best.
They played their next game on Saturday, November 14th at home against Lucknow. It was a very good game with Heidi Raynard getting a hat trick, and Jordan Sholdice scoring one point, to leave the score at 4-2. The defense and goaltender did their usual best to keep the score in our favour.
On Sunday, November 15th the girls headed to Kincardine. This was the first time playing this team and we didn't know what to expect. The girls played well again with Courtney Middegaal scoring, with an assist from Sholdice, and Sholdice getting the next goal, with an assist from Nicole Middegaal. It ended in a victory of 2-1. Way to go girls!
