Road Trip to Seaforth
We had not faced an opponent we couldn't handle so far.  So we went to Seaforth very confident.

We set up our regular lines expecting a favourable outcome.  We saw the puck drop and we were away.
Expecting our team to dominate the play was standard so far in our season, however, the Seaforth team had other ideas.  From the moment the puck dropped we knew we would be in a battle.  They were aggressive and hungry for the puck.  We did not have a moment to think about our play before another Seaforth player was all over us. Seaforth forced us into many errant passes and made us cough up the puck many times.  They took advantage of this in the first to go up by 1.

With our heads still spinning we set out to do better in the 2nd.  We stepped up our play, but so did they.  By the end of the 2nd we had fewer than 10 shots on their goalie and were down by 2.
The 3rd started and we began to regain our composure and made several good plays.  The line of Owen, Colton and Brett got a few chances but could not convert.  Gavin, Patrick and Cam kept forcing the play but could generate little offense past their quick and aggressive defense.  Fortunately for us our defense combos of Craig and Curtis, and Jeff and Jeremy, played a very strong game, limiting their chances to score.  Franklin played a stellar steady game between the pipes to keep us in there. Unfortunately we could not keep them from buzzing our net twice more to end the scoring at 4 to 0 for Seaforth.

The bright points of this game for us is we never gave up, and learned a great deal about our team. Still a great effort guys. Remember what the old coach says;
We skate with our knees -- BENT
We skate with our heads -- UP
Who's puck is it ?? -- MINE
And most important of all we are here to have lots of --  FUN !!!!!
