Atom Reps Host Mitchell
Atom Reps gain second win against Mitchell.
This was a closer match then their first meeting, but the Atom's managed to pull off another win. Scoring started late in the first with a goal by Brandon Marshall with no assistance. With 1 minute left to play Brendan Howson slipped one past the goalie with a pass from Hunter Dale. Mitchell did not score a goal in the first period.
The second period saw many chances by both teams, but there were no pucks past the goal line. The third period gave Mitchell their first and second goal. Blyth was not to be out done as Dale snuck one past the goalie with Marshall sending him the pass. Blyth's Marshall scored his second of the game with Dale's assistance. Mitchell was trying to make a comeback and scored their third goal. The play was pretty intense when the puck was in Blyth's end and Mitchell had pulled their goalie. Blyth played defensively and managed to keep the puck out.
The final score was 4-3 for Blyth.
